Hello dear Lost Planet 3 fans. You have problems with video game Lost Planet 3 ? The problem is Failed to create the D3D9 Device and nothing can solve this problem even if i have installed all prerequisites ? Then be sure that you have already latest video driver.

Open Documents from start menu or Computer manager
Go to My Games\LostPlanetGame\LostPlanetGame\Config folder
Open LostPlanetSystemSettings.ini with notepad and press CTRL+F and write full in box and hit Enter, then change Fullscreen=True to Fullscreen=False
Ctrl+S to save file
Now ! you need to change :
Resolution from default to your NATIVE Monitor / Laptop resolution ! In our example we will change from default to your recommended resolution OK ??
How to rich to resolution ?
Press CTRL+F and type resx and change orizontaly 1920
Press CTRL+F and type resy and change verticaly 1080
Done.
