Hello. You just bought this nice video game called The Bureau: XCOM Declassified ? and when you want to play it, you get this error "Failed to create the D3D9 Device! this can happen if the desktop is locked Exiting..." ? well then you need to un-install your current video driver , clean it (look here how to clean video drivers) and then install latest version from here for nvidia and from here for amd radeon.
Done. now should working fine
Note ! if you have an notebook, and you don`t have a dedicated video card, then you can try to download and install this driver !
