Hello. You just bought this nice video game called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows ? and when you want to play it, you get this error "Failed to create the D3D9 Device! this can happen if the desktop is locked Exiting..." ? well then you need to un-install your current video driver , clean it (look here how to clean video drivers) and then install latest version from here for nvidia and from here for amd radeon.
Done. now should working fine. But if still now working well, then solve it manualy :
Note ! if you have an notebook, and you don`t have a dedicated video card, then you can try to download and install this driver !
